Oem fuel injector?

Hi guys, so i have to replace my fuel injectors but I've been having problems finding what exact model/models are compatible. With realoem I was able to find the catalogue number 13538514148 and so far so good. My car has 13538514148, bosch number 0445110 743. However, for the same catalogue number i find 0445110 712 or 613, not only 743.
So three different models, same catalogue number. Can i use all of them or only 743?

If the part number is the same it should not matter in terms of it fitting/working. The 743, 712, etc is most likely a revision number.
