Odometer rollback!?

Hey guys I was wondering if it is possible to turn back the odometer in these cars I went to see a 2013 328i today that looked like it had 80k miles on it but odometer showed only 19,000 there's no car fax on the vehicle at all what do you guys think?

Yes, there are ways they do it.
But dealers can also detect it as the car stores mileage in more than 1 location.
You can also look up service history at BMW dealerships and compare the mileage readings at those times with whats on now.

Best stay away if you suspect its wrong.
