<Question> Please hear me~ Transfer case oil??

Hello guys~

I really want your help!! Plz help me!!

Last Saturday, I had changed Transfer case oil(T/C oil),

and dealer recommaned "ZF Lifeguard Fluid 8" for T/C oil.

So I wonder "ZF Lifeguard Fluid 8" can be used for T/C oil of F30 320D X Drive.

If NOT, is there any trouble at T/C??

Please give me answer!

The transfer cases use a unique fluid that is NOT automatic transmission fluid. The latest formulation of transfer case oil is part number 83222409710. If you filled with automatic transmission fluid, you should drain it and refill with the correct fluid immediately.
