As far as below invoice - thats only going to be possible with special rebates. Dealer still has to make a profit so sale price before rebates will virtually always be above invoice - but if you apply the rebates (holiday, BMW loyalty, rebates, etc) - then it is feasible you can below invoice.

... and yes I got an extra pair of free floor mats + 2 key fob cases.

Being educated and being demanding does not automatically equal results. It's all about the local market, supply, etc.

Yes that's absolutely true. And market conditions for the F30 dictate that you will get those results right now.

So another Q, any other incentives out there I can stack with the loyalty + USAA?

Might be too late now but I think Feb had 1000 rebate for leases. That's all I know of right now unless you consider ED.

Nope, USAA can't stack with ED.

What is the USAA discount? Also, can someone explain the whole multiple security deposit thing? Sounds too good to be true and of course the dealer never mentions it.

USAA: http://usaa2.zag.com/promo1.html?pro..._id=ZUSA200728

MSDs: http://www.bmwconfig.com/post/2011/0...nvestment.aspx

Basically for every deposit (your payment post-tax rounded to the next $50) your money factor gets reduced .00007, up to a max of .00049 for all 7.

So if your payment is $389, then 7x$400 = $2800 in security deposits, in turn your MF is reduced by .00049... In my car I put down $3100 for security deposits, and in 36 months my return on investment was $1100 and change, can't get better money than that unless u invest in the next apple/google at the perfect time.

If I'm not mistaken, each MSD is $700 with a maximum of 7 allowed for a total of $4900. NY state does not allow MSD. Everything else Kromix mentioned is correct. Dealers don't mention it because its not financially as lucrative for them to take a refundable deposit vs charging you extra guaranteed interest. Yes - they can put the $$ to work but why do that when you can have the customer pay you extra instead?

One Security Deposit (SD) is defined as the monthly payment rounded up to the next $50 (so if a leasing plan requires monthly payment of $812 per month including taxes, the SD value is $850).

It's going to scale, because the ROI is not gonna be the same on a M6 vs a 320i... $700 is too little for a M6, the return on your money will be excellent, where on a 320i it won't be....

If I'm not misunderstanding this it's a GUARANTEED refund AND it reduces your monthly payment? You will get 100% of the money you put down for MSD back + interest? Why did I not take advantage of this!?!?

Because the dealer didn't mention it to you..... Yes the only way you lose it is if you stop paying/repo... Even in a total loss u get it back.
