Anyone got any ideas as to what else could be the problem?
I've got same issue is anyone know how to get This solved?

How many miles / km were on the car that the cabin filter was swapped?
Non-North American cars get their microfilters changed every oil service.
USA ones every 2nd if I remember correctly

Many DIY'ers do it much more frequently to keep the activated carbon fresh and filtering out bad smells.
I think once a year for cabin filter is perfect. Very simple DIY. Kies Motorsports has a good YouTube video showing how it's done. Photo shows high quality, low cost cabin filter that I use.

I have similar issue with all auxiliary power outlets. Whenever I plugging a USB adaptor, the adaptor got burned (fuse inside adaptor got shorted). The fuses, 62 68 162 remain intact. Is it possible the integrated fuse relay box broke? Any comments welcome, thanks.
