You need to get a refund. You could do that yourself at home. You are paying a professional for professional work.

That is not professional work.

You can see on the second picture what looks like a fingerprint.
Seems like the paint prep wasn't done correctly, thus the paint won't hold.

Like other mentioned, go somewhere else (a real paint shop), get it done right, then bring the bill to the body shop manager.

Is this a paint or wrap job? In either case, it's unacceptable. Full refund and run.

It's a wrap and that's not good but the antenna is pretty difficult to wrap.

I basically remove the antenna so they could do a nice job ,because they were complaining about been to difficult to do it so I took my time n remove it for them , they gave me my car with yellow tape around saying that that was going to protect it against the rain (it was lightly raining ) at any case am going back to see if I can get some refund or store credit at least ,,,

Question if I plastic dip it would it look. Weird I mean the roof is shiny and I think plastic dip is flat right ? Am not sure

Do not accept a credit. Either get your money back and go somewhere else or make them do it it right, which based on the photos is probably not going to happen. Looks like a really hard item to wrap so you may be better off getting it painted.

Oh, and Plasti Dip will look like crap.

or buy a black replacement sharkfin. Its a hard part to wrap but I've seen countless wraps of the sharkfin that look excellent. they shouldnt have taken the job if they couldnt do it.

You can use plastidip with a glossifier and it should match pretty good.

Like others said, get some money back and never go back to that shop. Any shop that would let that out the door is questionable.

Same as the others have said. Might be helpful if you could provide the name, location of the shop so others are aware

DO NOT PLASTI DIP IT... Yes that is hard to do, very hard, but they couldn't. I would either buy a black one or paint yours black.

Everyone has said it...not acceptable. Why would you even pay them in the first place?
