It is a very subjective thing.
But most OEMs have their products that simulate that, I believe BMW have a scent they use in their showroom cars (second hand) too.
You can try Chemical Guys New Car Smell

Some love it, others hate it. For me it does the trick in my Audi... Like every scent, it gets a bit "old" after some time so I only use it occasionally for a period of time and use other scents in the meantime.

It is crucial that you use just a bit though, as if you overdo it, it becomes a "chemical" smell which is just too much.

I like the smell of Pinnacle leather conditioner. Has a new leather smell.

Which scent are you using? They sell five different ones.

My car was purchased in December from a dealer who thoroughly detailed the interior but it smells like perfumy laundry detergent. Would like something closer to a new car smell to cover that up.

they used to only sell a small “fine leather” spray, which is what i currently have. these are new sprays but i see they still have a fine leather scented one, so it might be same as what I currently use but cant comment that for sure, just have to assume.
