19x9 +31 (Front)
19x10 + 25 (Rear)

Too aggressive for the F30?

Tires would be: 245/40/R19 (Front) and 265/40/R19 (Rear).

I had 19x8.5s on my A3 and originally got 225/35s because i was told (even on stock suspension) that there would be rubbing if I went with a bigger tire... I HATED the stretched look.. HATE IT... I ended up swapping out for 235/35s which looked way better IMO... So Im sure a 245/35 would be plenty of rubber... no need to go up to the 255...

19x8.5 with 235/35s on Bilstein PSS10s :

I always take what these wheel and tire places say with a grain of salt.. I had the 235/35s on and my car was lowered a good 1.75" and I barely rubbed ever.... and only in the rear... Im planning on getting the 19x10s for this car.. so I hope I can find a set up that works... Ill prob go with a 19x8.5 in the front though...

Using the an online tire size calculator, it shows the fronts would be 26.7 in. Fronts and 27.3 in rears in total diameter compared to 26 inches front and rears stock. That's a big difference.

the front should be ok. but use 225/40/19 tire.
the rear a bit to aggressive. if u could shave another 10mm off the offset to +35, then it might clear. use 245 or 255 tire (stretch tire).

How do I shave the offset? By changing the tires or what?

Agree! Front should be ok with 225, rear no matter what tire you use, there will be rubbing for sure.

Changing tire will not change offset.
There are wheels that can be built with custom offset & sizes. but it will cost u. search around.

or u can do the unsafe way by shaving the wheel hub using milling machine or lathe machine, by doing this it will bring the offset higher. I've seen people did it, but it was only 5mm off.
just an idea that is possible to shave offset but I would not recommend u to do it.
Spend more & get u self some forged wheels that can be build to ur liking.

Maybe this will help even more. I have M6 Reps, 19x8.5 front-et 35 and 9.5 rears et 35. Like Scarecrow, I have 275-30 rear but my fronts are 235/35. My rears appear to stick out a little too much, so really wish I would have gone with a 265-35 rear and 245 fronts. My front wheel offset is perfect, but the tire is slightly stretched so the wheel appears to be inset. The 245 would be a better match for the front wheel and offset to look like its pushed flushed with the fender. My rears appear to stick out too much and just the opposite of the rears. The wheel again is the correct offset so the 265 would match the offset and slightly taller sidewall to match the 245s. Cant recall who said he had 225s on front and hate, hate, hated them Thats how I feel about the 235s. I just dont like that stretched look at all. I really want the tire to slighly exceed the edge of the wheel it also helps save you from curb rash when the wifey happens to drive it....

So confusing about sizes recently, I'm having 19*8.5, 19*10 with 235/30/R19, 265/30/R19 tires in my garage. But my F30 OEM tires are 225/45/R18, 255/40/R18. I really don't like the thin tires, that's why thinking about go get a set of 225/40/R19, 265/35/R19 for balancing thicker tires I want and also the 19*8.5, 19*10 rims width.

Is 225/40/R19 too small for 19*8.5?
Does 265/35/R19 perfectly fit to F30 without any installation problems?

Any other better recommendations ?

You could get 225/40 and 255/35.
225 should be fine for 8.5 (225-245). 265/35 should fit as well as long as you are not substantially lowered or running low offsets.

225/40 and 255/35 is exactly size i decide to get, and also thiss almost equal to my OEM tires. but my friends told me my wheels are 19*8.5, 19*10. Wont fit perfectly, then i changed my mind 265/35 on rears. These size numbers are messing me up these few days
