My iDrive Nav took me to Audi
So I look for places of interest > cars > service > etc etc. It lists all the dealers and service centers for BMW. I choose Beverly Hills BMW. And iDrive Nav takes me to the Audi dealer. I put the address into my iPhone, and it takes me to the Audi dealer. Baffled, I look up the address on the website. It's a different address... the correct address is several miles away. FAIL#1.
I get to the service center to have them look into my exhaust problem. When the service guy comes over. It doesn't make the screeching sound. The ONE time it behaves is when the service guy is with me. I turn off the car and start it over and over again. Nothing. Exhaust is behaving normally. FAIL#2. Service guy says I can leave it over night. But they have no loaners for 2 weeks. And that I have to pay $25 for the loaner AND put a $200 deposit for it each time I bring in the car for service. I thought loaners were free??? FAIL#3. My day was fail. Last edited by ƒ°; 06-19-2012 at 09:09 PM.. Reason: sp |

Beverly Hills BMW absolutely sucks for loaners.
And sales. Service is decent, Andy is a good guy.

You should have showed them the video. You probably couldn't replicate the sound because car was already warm? I am just guessing here.

I'm surprised so many of you actually get loaners.. we wont get loaners unless the car is in shop for 3 days or more

I thought about it, but it would have been fruitless as I wasn't going to leave the car anyways... since I can't be without a car. And it always does it on start up, warm or cold. I think my car just "knew" it was home... and it needed to behave. Damn Jarvis. haha.
