Time for new shocks
I'm sure no one in here has hit close to what I have on my 328d, but I'm sitting around 56k and I can tell that it's getting close to having to change the shocks out. My question is being that I do have a diesel, most of the options for the 328i aren't available for the 328d. Either all of the catalogs are wrong, or the shocks are indeed valved differently because of the added weight of of both the DEF tank in the back and the diesel engine up front. I know bilstein had a few options, which is what I'm kind of leaning towards. ECS has the B4, B6, and the B8 listed for mine, but the actual Bilstein site only has the B4 replacement shock listed, so it's leaving me a bit confused with my options. I'm not wanting to go full kit, just wanting to find something other than OE with a slight upgrade in ride. I do have the M-Sport suspension if it makes any difference.

Hi,
Check out the Koni Sport- I'm pretty sure the shocks are valved equally for all models. More to that these have adjustable rebound and have the option for the cars with M-Technic suspension if you meant it by M-Sport.

Yes, the fronts are adjusted from under the hood, the rears- only by removing them.
I went for 90 degrees rears and 180 degrees front. This is the balance when 320i with 225/255 Michelin PSS tire setup keeps maximum comfort and little oversteer.
