Not sure if this is correct, but I remember reading that with a production number, any authorized BMW dealer can obtain a Vehicle Inquiry Report and check exactly what part of the production/delivery status your car is in?

I know there are a few people on this forum who's CAs are not helpful at all in the tracking process, and I believe that there are also a few BMW dealers who frequent this forum.

Is it possible to set up this thread for people to PM/post their production numbers and for helpful dealers to update them on their production status? Just wondering
