Collected my first BMW this week!

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty new to this forum, just been lurking the past month or two. Pulled the trigger on a new order in August and it arrived this week!

420d xDrive M Sport Coupe - ordered 4th August and arrived Weds 10th September.

Ordered in BEAUTIFUL Melbourne red with Dakota black leather, M Sport Plus pack, Sport automatic transmission, Adaptive M Sport transmission, comfort package, professional media pack, enhanced bluetooth, lumbar support and electric folding mirrors.

Picked her up on Wednesday afternoon and put about 110 miles on the clock so far. Beautiful to drive and beautiful to look at !!! I could just stare at it for ages haha.

Thought I would share some pictures while she's still showroom clean!!

Yeah they are the 442M orbit grey. I preferred them to the plain metal coloured ones. Think they quite nicely compliment the high gloss black trim around the rear windows, wing mirrors and on the side air vent.

The Melbourne Red looks fantastic! I saw one in person at a local dealership and marveled at how great it looked. Congrats!

The tint came with it. Comfort and M Sport plus packages both include it in the UK. Annoying that you can only legally tint the rear and not the front windows but the difference between the two doesn't actually look that bad I don't think!

I was actually going to change the exhaust and rear diffuser because I thought the single tail pipe would look somewhat at odds with sportiness of the car. However now I've seen it in person I'm not going to mess with it. I actually really love the way it looks I don't want to spoil it! :-)

Not actually thought about that. I sort of dismissed it but now I have it in front of me I can see it would look good!
