Start with the obvious (marked up MF) that probably adds a good 20-30 to the payment

Yes, the markup added $750 in additional rent charge over the term of the lease. However, I took the heavy discount into consideration and this was the best and final offer I asked and got.

It looks like 11% off sticker. Is this car on the lot or did you order it? I got 13% off MSRP on a ordered 340 with less incentives and base MF with no hassle. Im sure if you shop around you can get the same deal if not better with base MF.

Yes, on lot. The reason I am comprising is because the options are all individual colors. None others around unless I want to order and build it.

you asked if it can be better but wont take my advice. Unless your credit isnt high enough for tier 1 rates you shouldnt settle for a raised MF. If your happy with it thats all that matters.

Thank you, just that moment of hesitation I guess being afraid of any buyers remorse later.

You just put some random price you were quoted with no information. How can we tell if you paying 51k is good if we know no other info.

Lease, finance or cash?
MSRP?
Sale price?
Rebates/incentives?
Lease term/miles
MF/APR% ?
Monthly payment?

Wow u are making this way too complicated.

What ever happen to going to a dealership and telling them
How much you want to pay for the car? I thought this is how you
Buy cars?

This is how we did it. See pix (all original owner with orginal mileage).
Not shown on that photo is my e90 ///M3.

But since you insist knowing here are the details.

1. Cash deal.
2. Msrp: unknown
3. Sale price: $51.7K
4. Unknown
5. Lease term Not applicable cuz i aint leasing.
6. APR not applicable cuz i aint financing.
7. Monthly payment aint applicable cuz I aint financing

You just dont have a clue. So you dont know the MSRP of the car you are buying? How are we suppose to weigh in on the discount if there even is one. Just because you "go to a dealership and tell them what you want to pay to buy cars" and "cuz you aint leasing and cuz you aint financing" doesnt mean youre getting a good deal. People here cant help you since you think you know it all when you dont have a clue.

Sounds like you can get better from there. I think the MY18 deal will only get better. I'm holding to see if Dec program will improve.

Pushing 10k off on a somewhat loaded 340i. MSRP is 59k. My target is around $1,500.00 down $550.00/month (10k/36m) with tax all in. Only dilemma is the F30 is quite old now & the replacement G20 is around the corner. For reference, another car i'm considering is B9 S4. MSRP 61k example monthly would be around $700.00 with $2,500.00 down. not horrible but the 340i is just more attractive.

Wow that's a great deal! Yea I looked at the S4 too and if I ordered one it was going to be about 100 a month more but I just like the looks of the 340 more and no need for awd.
