Skittish rear after alignment

Did the Dack place ballast the car correctly? They should've put weight on the drivers seat and in the boot.

If I'm honest I have no idea, but the car feels completely different (in a good way!) I would imagine that they did after seeing their professionalism. They are now my go to place if I need any work done- very impressive indeed
