oops.....I don't know why but when I read the question I thought it was asking about the 330e.

I was just looking at your schedule. It looks like the 330e might be over here sometime not long after the first of the year. Do you know when?

What's in the thread is the best info I have. They actually started hiding SOP from that place where I used to look it up.

OP: if you're asking about 330i, it'll be available in July as a 2017 model.

Next July is one month before my lease ends. Good timing. What is different about the 330i XDrive versus the 328i Xdrive? Power, torque, price, led rear turn signals / front turn signals, other major differences... Will it be a brand new platform / engine subject to early production issues? Or familiar platform / engine with hopefully less issues?

Brand new engine. You can read all about it in European sources where it's already being sold.

9 HP bump appears to be the major change. Meh. I'd score a better deal on the 2016 LCI 328 Xdrive. They'll be trying to clear those out just in time for the arrival of the 330's next summer

Improved fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions (important in Europe) will be the main focus.

All the LCI changes will already be in place.
