Slightly larger winter tires

Long story short, I have a set of winters in 245/45 R18 that was from my F80 before I sold it. I now own a F31 that runs 225/45 R18. The winters is ~ 2.7% larger in circumference. Is that too much of a stretch to use in the F31?

Likely fine. I actually find the stock diameter runs faster on the speedo than GPS, both 225/45R18 square for the winter and 225/40R19F & 255/35R19R for the summer.
