RGB Halos in Halogen Headlights

Finally decided to stop being chicken and do my halos in my factory halogen headlights. It was either this or I was going to opt in for the group buy for the DEPO headlights that a lot of the other members seem to already have but I wanted to stand out a little bit from every BMW on the road.

Went ahead and got the iJDMTOY DTM Style RGB Halos with the acrylics. (Without the acrylics it looks cheap IMO) I will be getting them installed in the beginning of February by a friend of mine that mods headlights. I'll be wiring them up myself tho as I'm trying to keep as much wires hidden as possible to avoid dealer troubles.

Why not just upgrade to the Depo headlights?

My understanding is that the MB National versions are better but they've been out of stock for awhile.

Overall you'll have a much cleaner OEM look... Just my two cents

I understand that you want to be different, but most who've gone this route end up looking for alternatives later on. Some can pull off non OEM mod/look with heavy additional mods/upgrades; but stock with a few simple mods standout, and maybe not in a good way (subjective opinion). I also have halogen headlights and went with the eagle eye upgrade... This was a disaster. It didn't look good and didn't work most of the time, however, other members that had modified their cars played it real well! I ultimately went with umnitza led headlights... These look nice but also plagued with issues.

I had heavily debated between the halos and DEPO headlights and I took the RGBs because I didn't wanna look like every other BMW on the road. I knew I didn't wanna retrofit projectors I the halogen headlights cause it would look terrible so the RGB should make it stand out a good amount. Plus once I get the halos in most of the time I won't even be using my low beams anymore I'd just use my halos with my parking lights and fog lights. Little bit of coding and rewiring but that's the overall look I wanted to achieve for now
