Hello guys, I would like to know what are some key maintenance practices to keep a BMW F30 3 Series running smoothly for years?

BMW have done that for you. My 2018 F31 is now on 110,000 miles and everything has been done according to what BMW say should be done. It still drives like a new car.
It will go soon to be replaced with a G21.

I have a 2015 N20 engine, 87k. No issues.

Maintaining, your coolant, brake fluids, and oil changes at 5k or less can make a significant difference in longevity. And stay ahead of any oil leaks.
