So I got a little bored at work today, and disassembled a small QI charger I had at my desk.

Lo and behold, the actual coil was super narrow, so I took some measurements and threw them into a CAD program (free online one called Tinker CAD) and just printed up a smaller box for it.

Threw some gaffer tape to cover the seams and used 3M double sided tape to mount to the cradle's back.

After I test for a month or so, I'll probably re-print a nicer enclosure and put screws in etc. instead of my currently janky prototype.

If enough people are interested, I can post up a detailed DIY and files of the final enclosure so that everyone can print one themselves (many online print services).

Otherwise, enjoy the little thing I did today to make my 440 more perfect for me!
