2013 328i xDrive BMW F30

Strange rattling on Passenger side coming from what might be the speaker when the bass hits? What is this? I love this car but why did this start happening out of nowhere. The speaker isn't blown, so something is loose. If anyone can give me direction as to what this is most appreciated, I have heard of similar stories with peoples F30s. I literally had to turn my bass down to 1 or -10 from the EQ/Tone perspective to reduce the rattling but it's still there... please help! Thank you

Don't assume it's the speaker, low frequencies can cause anything not literally glued or bolted down to vibrate. The way to find out what's vibrating is to download a sine wave generator (there are many freeware programs that have one), connect the laptop to the radio auxiliary input, then sweep though the low frequencies until the vibration occurs. At that point you should be able to track down what's vibrating.

I'm gonna get crucified but it was a god damn piece of receipt gas paper on the sub under the seat lmao, I removed it. No vibrations or rattling. Glad to say I'm happy!
