New car dealings - Mr RiazC

Hi all

just thought i would post about RiazC on here. Brilliant guy and definitely not 'typical sales'. I am a corporate account manager and i know how selling/buying/negotiating/blah works. One thing i don't like is having to go through the typical sales crap from new car sales guys before we get down to what we actually want to talk about, the car, options, and money.

Riaz is helpful, understanding, definitely not a pushy typical sales guy, and understands where many of us are coming from (i think many of us are serial car buyers and just like dealing with someone who knows we know how it works!).

I would definitely advise anyone looking for a new BMW contact Riaz.

Andy

Another positive experience from buying a car from Riaz here - took delivery of our F31 335d last Thursday, 8 days after agreeing the deal!

To be honest I was not contemplating buying a brand-new car although when I was browsing this forum and saw the kind of discounts being offered by certain dealers the eventual deal was too good to ignore.

I part exchanged our X5 which we had owned from new for almost 10 years and had completed 130,000 miles. The repair bills kept increasing and I was aware that we would have had further costs of £3,000/£4,000 to keep the car going for the next year or so. The part exchange that Riaz offered comfortably bettered the other three BMW dealers I spoke to.

Moving on to the level of discount offered this equated to 26% of list price - which I am delighted with (and I checked with Riaz who confirmed he was happy for me to mention the actual level achieved!). This bettered the level of discount I was offered by other dealers.

It was refreshing to agree a straightforward deal with someone who didn't employ any of the usual car salesman tactics. The hardest part of doing the deal was tracking Riaz down when we were first looking because he has been inundated with similar enquiries!

Overall a positive experience all round and firmly recommended.

I needed a new car before X5 gave up the ghost for good and didn't want to wait 6 weeks for our own build, hence Riaz finding a stock car which arrived within the week (discount would have been the same for a car built to our spec).
