iPhone snap-in with 30pin connector

hi guys,

i'm new to this forum. just recently picked up a 2013 335i and LOVIN it!

anyway, i have the iphone cradle thing with the 30pin connector in my armrest storage compartment. obviously, this is an old connector and i don't have any use for it.

i could use some extra space in that compartment - is there anything i can put in there and have that cradle and connector removed?

are there any good solutions?
