European Delivery and Driving in Europe
One more note, on the final 2 days of our trip, I had the thrilling pleasure of driving my new 435i xDrive on SS1 from Pisa to Monaco. Absolutely thrilling driving in twisting roads that hugged the Italian coast and that cut thru amazing landscapes. I plan to post a more complete write up next week.

Thanks for the added photos. Having seen how stunning that color is in person when we caught sight of one in the finishing area inside the Munich factory, it appears from your photos that it is even more smashing in the sun.

Just curious, but how does TB compare to the Deep Mediterranean Blue that was newly announced for the 3 series LCI? I was getting TB on an April ED until my dealer screwed up the order and I cancelled it. Now regrouping for next year and the 440cic. Thanks!

I think Deep Mediterranean is a bit darker than TB, but this is judging from configurations of 650s I've done on the BMW web site. I really liked Le Mans Blue. My old 2012 335is convertible was this color and it looked great. I wish BMW would keep these colors around rather than tweeting them so often... |

Question for you...
I currently have the front plate tow hitch holder, as I didn't want to put my plate on the front bumper. How does BMW put their temp front plate on? I didn't see any screws so makes me believe that my bumper will still be clean when I get it. How you liking the car so far? I rented a 4 convert last month, while in Berlin.. was a diesel so didn't have that much horsepower but was still fun and I did get her over 100 with the top down (over 120 with the top up). Got my first speeding ticket of the new century! LOL All the best~ Motch |
