There are 3 spots on each side of your front bumper splitters, mine has 1 screw and 2 black clips. You put the front lip on to where it is supposed to go (alight the sides and the back of the lip) and then mark where those screw/clips meet the CF lip. Then drill holes at those spots.
Once the holes are drilled, you can also put 3M tape around the drilled holes to 1, provide cushion to prevent bumper and lip rubbing, and 2, add extra strength to the installation. then you remove the screws/clips from the bottom of the bumper and screw the lip on these spots (the new holes should match the scews/clips) Also there is one spot in the middle of the lip that does not match to any bumper screws so you have to drill both the lip and the bumper for that or simply use 3M tape to stick it at that location.
