EB II 328i fresh opti coat, and some minor mods
Spent part of my day off fixing up the new ride. I did a single step paint correction, followed by a layer of opti coat 2.0. I added new M performance grills, carbon fiber trim overlays, new pedals, and roundel overlays..... my Alufelgen sf-71 rims are set to go with a layer of opti as well, waiting for the weather to break here in NY... enjoy

The 3 is definitely crooked. Also, which front turn signals are those?
The reflectors look like they don't match shade-wise either. |

The bulbs are Solaris invisibulbs from bimmian, reflectors are from IND, they are off a shade. Waiting to hear back from them regarding replacement.

IND will take care of you, they're good guys. If in the future you ever replace your badges, mark the OEM placement with painters tape, then remove them. The tape will frame where you should place the new badges, like in the picture below.
Below are the badge placement dimensions for the 328i, mark those positions with a marker on the painter's tape, then apply a new set of matte black badges. That's what I would do. Last edited by eclipsisNA; 03-29-2013 at 10:04 AM.. |

Looks great. The carbon interior is cool too.

Yeah did the opti my self, I run a detailing service on the side so it's second nature for me. U need to be sure u have a solid base clear of all waxes and oils before u apply, and I recommend at least a single step paint correction on even brand new cars........
