Has anyone removed the door panels of the f30 yet? Can't find a DIY. Please let me know if you have and i guess where I should start / what tools I will need.

Thanks in advance!

i don't know what jeep wrangler has to do with door panel removal?

is it because it has no doors?

I like working on my own cars and do not ever pay for labor.

I dont understand posts such as - oh i bought this part for 500 and labor was 500 and at a 1000, thats a steal!!

haha suckers.

Is it long? Yes. But, it is VERY detailed.

If all you want is how to remove to door panel watch the first and last several minutes. Very clear and informative. The middle deals with replacing speakers, etc.

Tip: after cutting out the damping material from the speaker hole, stick the circle of material on the inside of the door skin.

Removing the Front Passenger Door Panel (Rattle Buzzing Noise like a Woodpecker)

If I ever meet you, drinks on me. The rattle in my car has been driving me crazy for the past 3 weeks. This video helped me figure out how to get into the front passenger door. I secured the floating white fasteners with some electrical tape. Wedging the tape into the tracks where fasteners sit/float so they are more secure and unable to float and rattle. So far so good after taking the car for a ride right afterward, the rattle(s) that were driving me crazy seem to be eliminated. My gratitude for everyone sharing similar problems and DIY projects to fix.

BTW These floating fasteners are all over our cars. BMW should really find a better solution
