I would imagine it’s like any modification, if the manufacturer can prove any mechanical failure was due to the modified part they wouldn’t have to cover under warranty.

I’ve had eibach springs on four cars which have all been fitted whilst the cars under warranty and never had a problem which is why I always stick with them.
