Correct, the technician in the photo is using a pry bar wedged between the tape flange on the amber reflector and the inside of the bumper. This gives you some leverage to free the reflector from the bumper.

I bought set of these from IND as well as the whiskers. I am in Germany, and the shipping was super fast! Both items arrived nicely wrapped and exactly what I was expecting. The whiskers were a breeze to install, but I have yet to install the reflectors. I need to purchase a nylon prybar somewhere here in Germany. What did you use to clean the inside? Some sort of pre treated wipe? Did you need to use a hair dryer/ heat gun to loosen the adhesive? I really want to try and get this accomplished this weekend, as well as find some new turnsignal bulbs to install while I am in there.

I'm still not decided if I should do this lol.. I kinda like the orange reflector on my Mojave car.. it doesn't look half bad imo. Plus I don't have corner lights or the eggyolk anymore so hmm... idk lol

I know but at least they would reflect in the light of a car when it's dark. The corner lights are mandatory by law so they can see from the side where the front of a car is (it is as stupid as it sounds). Now, if there's a cop (and we have a lot of them here lol), then they would at least see the reflection of this and might not pull me over
At the other hand.. it's not just that.. I kinda grew fond of that orange reflector there, it just doesn't look bad with Mojave

i only took out the bottom two screws in the wheel well and used the pry bar as shown above (not exactly the same way but it worked) - once i got one edge off it just popped right off.

Looks so much easier than E90 LCI, which took me so long. Is it really that simple?
