I got the beige interior with dark wood trim, exterior is mw with chrome all around, maybe het the rear spoiler painted to match mw is a safer route

i like the contrast black on white though, maybe would look good with carbon mirror cover and carbon front lip?

I ordered it non painted..I painted myself...$6.00 can semi-glosss black @ advanced Auto parts.

I used the blue painters tape to tie it down firmly overnight but as mentioned here previously the edges are a little difficult to work with.

Just did a dry test and the fitment and color are good. I have a few questions for those that have done the install.

1) How much tape did you use? I am thinking of doing an outline of the inner depressed area. Kind of like a shape of a crescent moon. Should I also fill in the middle area with tape or is that over board?

2) The alcohol prep pad is to wipe down the surface area on the trunk itself or to wipe down the spoiler where the tape will go?

3) Last but kind of the same as question #2. Does the promoter go on the surface area of the trunk or on the tape itself?

Thanks for anyone who can give me some guidance on this. Never did anything like this before and want to make sure I dont mess it up.

1. I used the tape on the inside edge of both sides of the groove. This does require the tape to be trimmed at the ends.

2. I wiped both surfaces.

3. I didn't use this at all.

Take your time and just peel back a section of the tape backing at each and fit the spolier, then, holding the spoiler pull the backing from each end.

I ordered one of these spoilers from e-motors2000 and the color is way off. I don't see how they are trying to pass that off as Estoril Blue. The shipping was blazing fast though! I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. That's incredible! You can order something from just across town and it won't arrive that fast. Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone was able to find out who the original vendor was on this posting. I'm sending this puppy back to the kennel.

Hi guys, I found some sellers selling a combo of similar trunk spoilers with a roof spoiler.
Anyone here have any experience installing the roof spoiler?
One listing mentioned having to use a silicone adhesive that wasn't included. Any idea what brand? Is it stuck only to the glass? Wouldnt want to risk vehicle damage.

If you look closely on the first post, you'll notice that the color is also slightly off. I'd say it's more lighter blue. I bought the same spoiler from carbon.king and it has the same color. Pretty sure all of these spoilers are coming from the same place.

It's $89... wouldn't expect perfection. I have it installed on my car, looks good and no one can tell it's not an exact match.
