Ford ain't dead. We all saw him making another host in his crazy field lab. I think he was making a stand in for himself for his "final performance." He's out there now and he's gonna mess around with his backdoor codes and alter host behavior from behind the scenes, once again to some greater elaborate plan that only he knows about.

The Man in Black/William is now the happiest guy in the world, because he "found the center of the maze." Now the stakes are real, and the hosts can kill him at any time. Its the game he always wanted.

I think it sucks that Maive wimped out. I really wanted her out in the real world causing untold havoc amongst her human inferiors.

There are other 'worlds' that have not yet come into play - not sure anyone noticed.

When Maeve is escaping - the "SW" is exactly like "WW", only set in Feudal Japan/China.

Looks likes the show will explore more of the book story line than the original move was able to do.

Ford definitely is NOT dead. That guy is a fracking genus and THIS world is HIS playground and child so to speak. That was some synthetic copy he made of himself. I would not be surprised if he created multiple of himself!

There are no true dimes in the show... Yet.

But my vote for Delores is her overall stature: She's about a size 6 which is my sweet spot. Her face is attractive. Great hair (and I'm not a "blonde guy" generally) She has great posture. And her voice and demeanor are all pleasant. Everyone else is very average at best. Maive is next in line.

Ford is dead, the host he created was just to show the process and that he could (and does) have his own motives and ways of doing things off the record.

If he's not really dead, that'd kinda ruin the entire theme of the show and his symbolic sacrifice.

Would love to see him continue on with the show in some capacity be it through flashbacks or whatever though if possible since he was terrific in this show.
