BMW 2002 Rat Rod

Don't know how many people are into rat rods, or if this is a repost (I searched and didn't find any results for "2002 rat rod" or anything like that).. but I think this is pretty awesome!

Not my style, but this may be the only way that the 2002 tub gets to avoid the crusher.

I hope they do something to hide the f*cking coil packs.

the front is so high and back is so low that they have to look through the kidneys to see the road! I love rat rods but this one is a bit rough...

Haha, not many rat rod fans on here. The point isn't to be very functional in the sense that it's comfy for you and stands up to rain, but to give it a steampunk / industrial / unfinished type look with everything exposed and for pure go-fast performance. The 2002 doesn't make for a very good rat rod, though, as King of Jericho pointed out. You can't really see out of it at all.

Here's one I really like, a '28 Dodge, '98 Cummins engine, and a 10 second 1/4 mile...

And lots of dead wildlife, too, apparently.

Love that dodge! But don't let Al Gore see it, I think he would have a heart attack on the spot!

I appreciate old school hot rods, and real "rat rods" are simply old school hot rods. I don't like people making things look shitty just so they can call it a rat rod.
