  • Carbon Fibre Spoiler
  • Carbon Fibre Mirror covers
  • M Performance N55 Engine cover

Engine / Performance
  • AFE Momentum Cold air intake
  • BMR Downpipe
  • Supersprint non resonated exhaust
  • BMR Custom Tune - 267 rwkw!
  • M Performance Brake kit

Interior
  • M Performance carbon fibre interior

Very nice car and build thread, but I hope you realise that the dyno Stuart uses is the workshop next door (Advan Performance) is an "Overglorified" dyno that reads exceptionally higher than others (You can make a dyno read whatever you want it to read to satisfy a customer's expectation by adding in your own calibration factor). This should be taken with a fine grain of salt.

Who cares, a dyno is a tuning tool, compare the delta between the stock run and the final run if your that worried.

Alright ease up there George Costanza.

Notice how there is no stock run done? only a posted up final run!

How the hell is anyone able to compare the change in delta?

And what evidence do you have to suggest this piece of myth. The owner has a tuned f30 335i, what power should the vehicle be making then???

not sticking up for BMR or anything, but why do you feel the need to discredit?

F20 M135i: 235kw

However

Their at the wheel standard figures are vastly different

F30 335i atw: 180-186kw
F20 M135i atw: 210-225kw
F22 M235i atw: 210-225kw

This is evidence the M135i/M235i is largely underrated from factory BUT is excellent news for the F30/F32 crowd who have a lot more to gain from their vehicles, similar to how the 320i/328i are similar engines but one is detuned.

F30 335i
Stock: 185rwkw
JB4: 225rwkw
Excellent result in isolation as we've gained 40rwkw. This was on a PWG vehicle. JB4 on an EWG vehicle saw 215rwkw (including the optional EWG connector)
seems legit to me..

Finally you got around to posting your own build thread Dave!
You done it to perfection
All the genuine M performance parts interior and exterior you didn't go cheap on anything! Well done.

To all the sceptics: Different day, different temp, different Dyno, different setup will yield slight variation readings. Flash tunes will be better than PB tunes. But remember that This car is FBO with a tune.

And 260ish rwkw sounds right to me.

More pics please!

Always see quality cars coming out of the BMR workshop. Great build and I'm sure would be a blast to drive at that power level. When it hooks up offcourse
