Just ordered a car and its already in the production stage. I went to bmwusa.com and clicked my bmw. SIgned up and now im trying to add a vehicle and when I do, how do I click it to see the status of it?

you need to get the production number from your CA
or the VIN

It seems that the option to track the production of your car is not available at lease the BMW NA website. My car finished production and I was not able to track it.
Good luck, hopefully they fix this problem.

You must be having some issues because I am able to track the vehicle status on BMW NA website on a daily basis.

I've tracked 2 cars prior to this one.
I don't have the tracking option on my account... I spoke with BMWNA and I was told that they have heard from others about this problem...
How did you do it???

what I 've done is called the 1*800*831*1117 and that is how I was able to track my vehicle....

How did you do it???

This is how I did it initially using a laptop (not a tablet). Where are you guys getting stuck?

1. Go to bmwusa.com
2. Login to your BMW account.
3. Click on "Add/Remove Vehicles" from the left navigation bar (I used the production #).
4. If you don't see the "Track My BMW" option in the left navigation bar, then log out and log back in.
5. Hopefully, you will see "Track my BMW" option in the left navigation bar with your vehicle listed. That's it.

You're not missing much OP, after production completes the site is useless at best. And information there is usually delayed by at least a day.

best way to track any BMW is to call the 1-800 number

here you go 1-800-831-1117

if you have your vin or production number as for customer service and they will give you a up to date status

i just tried to logon and when i click login nothing happens...stays on same page

just called BMW, told me my car was too new and its in production that its not in the system...after I gave them my vin number... lol ??? WTFFF???
