Comparison Video - BMS JB Stage 1 vs. Stock 435i 100-200 km/h Acceleration

Hey Guys,

I made a 100-200 Km/h comparison video between the acceleration of my stock 435 and the JB Stage 1 build in.

I was searching for such a video for weeks and know I decided to make one to make sure that you can find it if you are searching for it ;-)

I hope now some of you can now better decide if they want to go for the JB Stage 1 or not.

And pls don't be so rude to me - I am a total noob at video editing

Yeah well done.

FWIW, I did a 80-120 mph (128-193 kph) in my MPPK equipped xDrive and that took about 8.5 seconds.

Damn thats a really good time! Do you have a downpipe or the car totally stock?

I checked the frames on my gopro application and I was able to take the time from 127 to 193 km/h.

9.24 sec.

Totally stock. Go to my page 19PSIWRX on YouTube. I'm simply going off the seconds at the bottom of the vid. Not scientific at all.

Sorry, but I don't think is a so good performance!
I've got F32 435i MPPK full stock and, with only me on board, it took 11 sec. for the 100-200... Ok, my car was lighter, but I expected a better performance by the BMS JB...

You kidding right? You started at 90. That's like me jogging and you in full sprint and starting the race when you get to me.

That's about on point for a PPK equipped 8AT x35i.

Gio would walk me at high speed given he's RWD.

What are you talking about?
435iDriver started too from 90kmh and I recorded from 100 to 200kmh, so what?
Two vids are perfectly comparable.
But, as @auf deutsche wrote, 435idriver's 435i is a 6MT and shifts are slower of course.

There are only two shift points for both the manual and the automatic videos, and it's not like the OP is shifting slow in the manual video. I have a very hard time believing this would account for a difference of 13.09s vs 11.0s, or 2 seconds. Maybe .5s at most. Something is amiss.

Edit, it may be because of two people vs. one. OP should try with only a driver and test how dramatically that changes the time.

for my point of view TWO video are not perfect comparable.

On the right you start on second gear.

Good performance but i expect 12sec from 100-200

I agree, even if I don't think about dramatic changes with only one person with that power and torque, but maybe I'm wrong...
Anyway, the MPPK is excellent
I've tried several times and in all case the time is about 11"0.

MPPK it's only way for reach 350-360cv without lose warranty and via ecu flash !
And improved exhaust sound and gear shift for 8AT

My big question is MPPK+ JB1 ..... ?
