lol.. nah, I don't need Google Translate, ik ben Nederlander haha..

And yeah, I still frequently visit the Netherlands but, unfortunately, due to circumstances the first planned trip is not until around Queensday 2013 (I'm still hoping for xmas/nye but I don't think my wife's boss will let her go around those days) .. if you're still in need of coding by then, just let me know and I'll bring my cable and everything so we can hook up =)

(btw, for the English speaking among us who really want to know what I said there in Dutch (since it's a forum in the English language): in short I told him I moved to HI since 2008 since my wife is from here )
That explains! Either way, there are more terrible places than Hawaii to spend your life

Give me a sign when you're down in

Btw, any reason you did not buy these for the front turn signals (30 LED's):http://www.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-7507-PY21W-30-SMD-LED-Amber-Indicator-Bulbs-/ ?
Well, funny enough, I actually received these in the mail today

I ordered these after the other ones because I think they might be more bright =) If you didn't see them blink after that long, then I doubt yours are actually blinking like mine do. I'll see if I have time to make a short clip later on so I can show how the blinking is
Well, these are a no-go. I'm getting error messages and hyper blinking. Supposedly they should work if you get some resistors but I didn't find them to be all that much brighter than the first ones that I installed. At the other hand, I only checked it at night, during the day it could be completely different lol

Some websites claim to have a DRL, like Bimmian, but they don't actually have the correct bulb.

You can try it out but chances are you're going to need those resistors :/

cool, that's the same I have with my current LED's in my car. I think resistors can also take away the fast blink.

Do you also have the occasional blink (like once every 30-90 seconds)?

Any fun updates?? Hoping to order lots of LEDs soon!

Was thinking maybe if I can get a hold of some bright enough amber LEDs, we could have amber flashing tail signals. (Wondering if it the amber would preserve it's color through the red tail light plastic.)

I wanted the ones that were advertised as error free to reduce risk of getting errors. Some of those that are not advertised as error free state that they sometimes might blink weird and that there might be need to do some resistor soldering. I kind of wanted to avoid this, it's possible these actually have the resistor soldered inside the fitting).

It's very well possible cheaper LED's will also work, and also possible the more expensive ones are not working. I have no idea really. The current one seems to be of good quality, it has 18 LED's and is quite bright
Hey svache, have fitted the 18LED ones and sure they're not really bright but they're visible during the day and perfect at night. Completely error free.

I have them both installed (for a few weeks now) and no blinking occurs. Work perfectly fine. Front turn signals could be a bit brighter though..

Any updates on which is the best front turn signal to go with??

Wanna get rid of the "egg yolk" look immediately after delivery...

Excuse my ignorance, but getting the amber front turn signals causes the yellowish egg yolks to only turn on when signaling as opposed to them being on all the time at with the stock ones?

More expensive than the ebay ones posted, but at least you know **********s can be trusted with no error codes. http://www.**********s.com/18-LED-PY...F10-E89-M3.htm

Would love to get the super white color to match my xenons but I'm not sure if I would get hassled by cops in California.

@rxander: It depends what you use, of course. If you're only goal is to get rid of the egg yolk but still want to have amber lights, without the need of LED turn signals, you could go for these instead: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHROME-AMBER...ht_4306wt_1163

Those are just regular bulbs but in chrome, so you don't see the amber during daytime anymore. Pretty simple and cheap solution imho

They also have them in white, btw, which I actually have at home (tried those before I tried the LED's that I have now).

For those wondering about the occasional blinking that occurs, I will post a vid one of these days to show you what exactly happens (will wait till night time so it's really clearly visible)

Anyone any luck with those resistors? I never got around ordering them so I'm wondering if anyone else did so far

Ok Svache thanks for that explanation. Maybe its just me I just don't see a big difference going to LED turn signals from stock in the vids you posted. I only use the xenons during the day, and I hate the perpetual egg yolks at night time. They just make the xenons look dated.

Hey can anyone help me on this thread? My m-sport is coming in next week, and I plan on replacing the back brakes, back turn signal, front turn signals, and if possible the mirror camp signals with LEDS (If they are available) Could someone refer me some ebay links to LED's that are of high quality, error free, and have resistors (heard this stops the random blinking).
