Picking her up in 3 hours!!!

Hard to focus on work right now.

Sad news though - I got a call from my CA and they already defaced the pretty M-Sport front bumper by mounting a license plate bracket. Booo.

Great for you !! The bumper issue is not a big deal and it removes any guesswork about how to mount it and probably saves you some money on tickets. Enjoy your new car......

I made them fix reprint and make it flawless at their cost.

Are front license plates required in Denver?

Sadly yes. I've been without on my current 328 and my wife's X3 for 2 years now and no tickets. My buddy who got an M3 didn't put his plate on and got a citation, but it was $15. I had decided that $15 was worth not defacing the car with a plate, but oh well.

It was definitely worth the wait!

I'm going from a 328 to a 335 which, that alone is a step up. BUT I live in Denver....roughly 5000 feet above sea level. That equates to about a 15% reduction in the horsepower of a naturally aspirated engine. Turbos aren't nearly as susceptible. In short, the 335 is sooo much more powerful than the old 328. Hell, it's about as fast off the line as the V8 M3's that are naturally aspirated.

Fun fun fun!

Yes, the car is super quick and how about the engine sound? Incredible, huh? This is one fun car to drive besides incredible looks. Have fun with it. I've had mine just two days.

Funny you should mention the engine sound. I upgraded to the Harmon-Kardon sound system and have hardly listened to any music. I've had the volume all the way down just so I could listen to the engine.

Funny you mention that. My car arrived to dealer on Thursday and I went to take for a quick drive. I thoroughly enjoyed the gurgling of the exhaust that I never turned on the HK stereo to hear how it sounds. That will happen, for sure, when I take delivery on Monday (hopefully)

Picked up my car yesterday. Thoroughly enjoying the HK stereo. Improved from the E90 HK. Can't decide whether to listen to music or the exhaust sound. Decisions, decisions...

Very nice, congrats! I'm looking forward to the HK as well. Never heard it in an F30, but I had the upgraded system (EPS) in my M3 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Oh man...I'm still not sure how I feel about that.

Reminds me of when I worked at Disney World and found out they pump cookie dough smell into Main Street.

That is so disappointing, and unnecessary.
