twitter link at the bottom of each post?
I am probably ignorant of this because I refuse to use twitter, but every time I click a thread, there's a tweet link at the bottom of the first post. The page then times for several seconds to half a minute while a "waiting for twitter.platform" progress scroll bar times at the bottom of the screen.
I often have to wait for several seconds or up to minute before the entire thread is displayed. Is this an issue with my pc? Is there a way to disable this twitter feature? |

You have a virus...delete everything on your computer NOW!
On more serious note, try clearing your internet cache, history, cookies, temp files etc. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Del Then clear everything that's checked. (You don't have to check anything, it should be checked already). Same process for Firefox/IE. To clear Temp files: Go to start, Run. Type in %temp% This will being up a folder. Delete everything in this folder. Sometimes some of the files are in use and cannot be deleted. Just leave them. |
