Well, honestly, I am not too excited. It is clear that the things I have enjoyed about BMW in the last 20 years are not what BMW has been moving toward. Even if the G20 is a game changer, it will not be a small, simple, sport first sedan or wagon. I do understand this is not where the industry is heading, but I dread the next model more than I look forward to it.
As bri1042 and drive said earlier, enthusiasts have been disappointed and are looking into other makes or older models to find what they are looking for. I don't expect that to change with the G20, but BMW, please prove me wrong. If it's a bigger car with more gadgets, disconnected ("comfortable") driving experience and those stupid integrated "exhaust finishers" I'm going to be sick. I will have the barf bag ready
