I'm about to take delivery of my new 335xi and am thinking I need a roof rack for skis, bikes, and for the occasional pickup of large items from Costco. Any suggestions / recommendations?? Seems Ike the choices are Thule, Yakima, or the BMW version (is this just a rebranded version of one of the big names?).

Experiences/suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I quoted out BMW, Thule, Yakima and Swiss cross bars.

BMW actually ended up coming out cheapest and fits perfect.

They are locking type so each corner requires a key to unlock the bars.

BMW's racks are manufactured by Thule. You'd need the base support system and any attachments you'd need, like bicycle, ski & snowboard, cargo, etc. PM me if you'd like some more information.
