Love that car. I thought the display key would be cool but if it's something you have to carry around separate from your normal keys that seems like a ridiculous faff.

Yeah not sure i'll use it too be honest, it's part of a pack. Dont like carrying loads of stuff around and you can't attach other keys to it either. Suspect it will get locked away somewhere.

The BMW comfort seats are incredible, think of them as "sport seats ++" they still have deep bolsters but the seat wraps around you, they are stunning and the best seats BMW make with almost infinite adjustment.

Plus choosing them forces you to option the nappa leather which rids the car of that nasty standard pleather which BMW really should drop.

Why such hate for the handbrake?

I must admit I wasn't sold at first. The Mrs has it on her car and now I think it's great. Literally don't have to touch it.

Auto comes off when you drive away and back on when you back up, why would you want to do it yourself?

Apart from handbrakes of course!

If you can, can you find out if spoiler was taped on or betalink.

I'm being told it needs to be glued on but I'm not sure that is right, don't want that stuff on my car!

I'm just not a fan of automation for the sake of it.
They do have a habit of solenoid failure -- a relative runs a car repair workshop.
I have never had a conventional handbrake fail in any of my cars.
I am a bit of a control freak though-- currently have an 8AT 320D & wish I had a manual. Can't get on with the hesitation pulling out of busy junctions even with stop/start disabled or it changing down to 7th on the motorway after a slight increase in throttle at 60mph only for it to change straight back up.

Handbrakes are fun in the snow too

Looks very sporty with MP kits, quite opposite to the old man's E Class which is currently considered the benchmark?

Looking forward to G20 exterior styling and it's interior changes.
