Will stock M Sport 400M setup fit E46?

Subject says it all-- I asked this over in the e46fanatics forum but figured I'd ask here as well. I'm selling my 2002 E46 Sport this weekend and the wheels are a bit marred up, and tires have about a year left on them, so thought I'd sweeten the deal with my buyer and get rid of the 400M's that are currently sitting in my garage....will these fit my old E46?

They should. F30 and E46 offsets are pretty similar.

aren't bolt patterns different?

bolt patterns are identical, just F series car uses 14mm bolts and E46 uses 12mm.

Yeah you just can't interchange the bolts that's all. Use the same bolts on the same car and it won't be a problem.

Unfortunately for me, my buyer's not interested in the 400M's with summers.

Throw 'em on the board. I got $1650 for mine with sensors and caps in a weeks time.
