I get misfires off when I turn off cold start.

But I have a Catless dp so it’s ridiculous loud when I keep it on. Right now my neighbors will have to deal with it but it doesn’t make sense because I don’t get misfires anywhere else.

Are you able to take a log of the misfires happening on cold start? Would probably be the best place to start looking into some data.

I have. Originally I replaced my VOC and gasket with new injectors. Had no misfires. Then installed a Catless dp and started getting misfires. But I turned off cold start when I did this. Turns out I missed a gasket on install of my dp which I thought was causing them at start. It’s only the initial start first 2s. Installed the gasket turned on cold start. No misfires. Today I turned it off because how load it was and now misfires in my cylinder 1 again for the first 2s. Turned it off reflashed with cold start on again and no misfires.

AFR and everything look good. Rail pressure rises when turning off car so I’m not leaking injector either.

What tuning suite are you using? I know BM3 is typically very helpful on the customer support side, so if you have BM3, may be worth reaching out and sending a log to them of the issue and see what their response is...

Using bm3. I’ll give it a shot. Just odd that it only happens if I turn off the cold start. Currently gapped my plugs to 22 thousands but I have oem champions. I might just replace with ngk.

I'd reach out to their customer service first, send them the log, and see what they say. They may be able to setup the cold start off function specifically for you to get rid of the misfires.
