Well... Tucson's BMW dealership has really stepped up. When they used to be Don Mackey BMW they were pretty terrible. Now they are great. That includes the parts department (Jose, is very knowledgeable and always nice).

Everyone here is loving on Tucson, but I've had the opposite. Maybe BMW dealers stink, or something and I'm comparing apples to oranges?

I purchased a car from Ty and I thought he treated me fairly. I wanted some very particular features on a not very available vehicle (330e) and I reached out to all three dealerships. While all three were responsive to me, Ty was the only one who went the extra mile of searching inventory nationwide and arranged for BMW NS to purchase the car for me from a dealership in another state.
