Had three offside cluster changed at dealers , they say it's not the actual cluster but the seals on the bulb holders that is the the problem, seem OK for now

I read your thread. I had the same issue with the double lenses in the light unit. I didn't want to heat it as thought it might get damaged, so I just used the cool air function on a hair dryer...took about 15/20 mins per light and eventually cleared the water droplets (my lights were full of condensation)
Who'd have thought it, what was a £40k car, fixed with PTF tape :-) If I was keeping the car I would maybe get seals made for it but likely to change soon. It's just a bad bit of design which they have now designed out on the facelift model. Not long had my steering rack replaced as well just before my extended warranty expired
