My wife and I just placed our order for a MY18 440GC as well. Only difference is that we are doing ED and will be picking it up in June

Congrats and Awesome choice in car. From what I have read the ED is an incredible experience and there is no better way to take delivery of your car.

Post some pics when you take delivery, it'll be interesting to see white on white. Too bad you can't get Mineral White on M Sport, I think it'd look really classy.

Thanks for the Product Guide! Seems like 4 Series keeps getting more expensive every year. Crazy how the base price of MY15 428i GranCoupe (non-xDrive and 6MT) was $44,900...

CdnBMW - I have a question about your config I'm hoping you can answer. In the order guide linked I see the following"

"610 Head-Up Display x
or 6WB Multifunctional Instrument Display" on page for under Z4D Premium Package Enhanced.

Does this mean you can have either the multifunction display OR the HUD? You can't have both HUB and MF display?

Tony, Yes one or the other NOT both at this time.

According to 18MY Product Guide from BMW Canada there is a Temporarily Restriction and we can't have 6WB and Head-up for March production. (see below Note)

I don't expect my wife's GC with Ind. Leather to get built in March. Hopefully the restrictions are removed when it goes into production.

*Note: The combination of 6WB Digital Instrument Display and 610 Head-up Display is temporarily restricted from the factory.

Premium Package Enhanced will have the option of choosing either feature for March production. Please reference Product Order Guides for further details.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took delivery of my 15' X5d which is also Alpine White w/ Ivory White Dakota Leather.
There is enough black (dash,headliner,carpet) to break up the white seats and still looks sporty and classy.

Hoping the same with the GC when it arrives early summer.


Not sure if you saw the base MSRP for MY18 430 and 440 went $500. They also raised the Essentials Package $150 and $100 for Enhanced Package for 430i ,
M-Performance II also went up $100.

Brenzo, If you go onto BMW.ca and Build the car to your Specs you will be able to see two different pictures of the Interior. You can zoom in and out and move the camera all around.

I was lucky enough to find the exact Individual Interior Colour on a 340i a few months ago prior to ordering.

Sorry I should have advised you that BMW.ca hasn't updated there configurator to reflect the changes in the LCI. However the Individual Interior colours selections are going to be the same as in '17.

They did add an Ivory White Dakota,Night Blue Dakota and Cognac Dakota leather interior for LCI 2018MY.

Along with 3 new Trim Options....Carbon Aluminum, Fineline Light Wood and High-Gloss Black.

Attached is the Product Guide for the LCI which shows the changes.

Hope this helps you with your interior selection.

Excited the LCI finally came out in the USA, we are planning to do European Delivery picking the car up in May (dealer turned in the request today), we are getting everything but the M Package and we decided to go crazy and get their new Sunset Orange Metallic color. They don't have the Saddle Brown Dakota Leather upholstery color anymore so had to go with Cognac... wish I could build the configuration on the computer to see if the orange and cognac will look ok together but the LCI hasn't been loaded yet. I will have to drive my 2007 335i Convertible with at least one good road trip before we trade it in.

What model and drive train did you order? Which dealer?
