is the installation for the M-sport ones the same as non-msport? and do the rears just pop out on the m-sport?

Yes. The placement is different, but you can follow the same steps.
And yes to the question about the M-Sport rears. I've done them on mine and they just pop out.

For those with PDC/Cameras up front... have fun. I just did mine. First one took ~30 minutes to figure out the best angle of attack. I finally got it by going at it near the top (just above the camera/pdc holder). Once you hear it snap a bit off, you can pop them out by pushing the reflector in and holding the rest of the bumper in place.

Remember to remove the tacky, gunky stuff before inserting the new ones. It comes off easy if you roll it off with a finger.

I thought the same thing until I figured it out. I cut my right pointer finger near the nail pretty good too.

+1 - the adhesive they use needs to be warmed up. I tried doing this in the cold (~45°F) and it wouldn't move, even after I got the plastic pry bar behind it.

Took the wifes hair dryer (I mean heat gun) and fanned it over the area for a few minutes to let it get nice and warm. After maybe 2-3 minutes it was super easy. Just started at the top (Msport bumper) and put a nice constant pressure with my thumb while supporting the back with the rest of my fingers (so that it wasn't just deflecting the bumper). Once you start to pull it loose you can keep blowing the hot air directly on the adhesive and it should come off very nicely. Then I just used the L shaped plastic prybar to nicely roll off the rest of the adhesive.

If I would've added heat from the beginning it would've taken 5 minutes. Spent 30 minutes thinking I could just pry it which was a mistake. You could actually see the bumper deflecting under the force of the prybar behind it.

Also be very careful around the outer edge, the paint doesn't go all the way into the hole and as a result it's very easy to chip or damage if you touch it.

Is there a DIY anywhere for the M-Sport bumper? (Or is the removal/install basically the same?)

just did mine...

Must also suggrest that you heat up the area with a blow dryer for about 5 minutes. After that, it took me "two thumbs" to pop the reflector out in 3 seconds. No tools needed.
After that, just use some Goof-Off or naptha (Rosignol lighter fluid) to remove the gunk residue, and you're golden.

Easy peesy
