Question How do I change my indicator bulb?...

As title really...
My car is telling me that my rear driver's side indicator bulb needs replacing but I've never changed one before. The warning 'bong' is intermittent so I guess it could be a dodgy connection but thought I'd change the bulb anyway to rule that out.
I've had a look in the boot but it all seems hidden away. The onboard owners manual shows nothing!
Anyone have any advice please?
TIA 😉

If it's intermittent then it isn't the bulb, bulb the bulb holder itself. Probably slightly corroded and giving a poor connection hence the intermittent warnings.

Get it booked in and checked under warranty if I were you.

Why would an elephant be in the boot?

Dunno if it's in the idrive manual, but it's in the hard copy.

You need a socket set and it will take about 5 minutes

Or just use the screwdriver handle in the cars toolkit, as the manual says!
