Is this a good lease deal?

Hi,

one of my friends just signed a lease agreement, but I feel like it's a little bit higher than other dealership.

How is this deal? I see a lot of $500 ish 528 deals around...

What's the original sticker?

Also, what's up with the security deposit? I didn't need one when I got mine.
