Note: I've already submitted the request to be added as a Vendor. Just waiting for the admin/moderators to reply, so in the meantime, I apologise for not being able to post pricing.
We actually already have the E92 fitments available, so there is no need for deposits: Helical LSD E9X 320d (MT) for Final Ratio <= 3.07 Helical LSD E9X 325i/328i/330i (MT)/335i 07+ (AT) for Final Ratio >= 3.15 Helical LSD E9X 335i (MT)/335i 05-07 (AT) Metal Plate LSD E9X 320d (MT) for Final Ratio <= 3.07 Metal Plate LSD E9X 325i/328i/330i (MT)/335i 07+ (AT) for Final Ratio >= 3.15 To answer some of the concerns regarding quality, you can view our full company profile and manufacturing process on our website. We are the only performance transmission company who is this transparent with regards to manufacturing. Both types of LSD come with a Lifetime Warranty, and our Helical LSD's are also backed by our Feel the Torque™ Guarantee (30-day Money Back Guarantee. We are the only company in the World to offer this sort of guarantee) AFAIK, the welded ring gears are only on some of the 135i/335i, but I would need to do more research into this. However, it is an easy and inexpensive fix. If the demand is there, we could easily make a new ring gear (which is compatible with the existing oem pinion gear) to go with our LSD (or any other for that matter) at a 1/4 of the cost of an LSD. Again, I apologise for not being able to post pricing or forum deals. Any questions, please feel free to ask (but keep it to a technical nature rather than sales) |

Who did you speak to when you called our office? Were you speaking to the sales girls, or did you ask to speak to Technical Support? They should have been able to answer your question (Helical vs Metal Plate). If not, this is something I will have to rectify; thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Helical LSD - These rely on a series of worm gears within the unit that bias torque between the left/right wheels on acceleration (torque sensing), giving drive to both wheels. As these are just gears, they are quiet and maintenance free. They also don't need special oils and perform very well under majority of street driving conditions. Current torque bias is 2.1:1 (around 66%) The disadvantage of these is that, in the event one wheel loses traction (i.e. especially with track driving where you ride kerbs and take short cuts through corners or could be as simple as one wheel loosing traction on a pool of water), the diff simply functions like an open diff Plate LSD - These uses a series of plates within the assembly to control lock (adjustable between 60-100%), and a cam (adaptor) which adjusts the pre-load and functionality during acceleration/deceleration (The Helical LSD only works on acceleration). As the LSD physically "locks", this enable the non slipping wheel to continue driving (instead of all power going into the slipping wheel). This mechanism will still allow the LSD to work even when one wheel has lost grip altogether unlike with the Helical LSD. The disadvantage with the Plate LSD is 1) Noise (from the slipping) 2) Maintenance (the plates and springs will wear and need replacing). As such, these tend to be used by more serious cars and drivers where performance outweighs any of the inconveniences. |

Everything is made in-house, yes (well, except the case bolts in the Helical LSD, and the springs in the Plate LSD). Our full manufacturing process is detailed on our website

Our company was established in 2004, and have been manufacturing LSD's since 2008. We've sold thousands of units within the US alone. We only just recently started offering our European range though.
If you are going to choose a Plate type LSD, just make sure you choose the newer spring-loaded type, versus the old cone-washer type (unless you like on/off jerkiness). There are only 3 manufacturers who offer this type (us being one of them). I'll be perfectly honest with you though; If you have the funds for the OS Giken, buy the OS Giken |

We're the Worlds #1 supplier of performance Honda Differentials & Gears, and are an Official OEM for Honda of America's motorsports divisions, so yeah, I would say we are big in the Honda world
Unfortunately, the Honda market (well, the Japanese market in general) is declining, hence why we made the decision to expand our reach to the Euro market back in 2012. We now have most popular Euro applications off-the-shelf. No, we don't offer our products under another brand name. P.S If a moderator is "moderating" this thread, please feel free to edit any of my posts that are against the rules with regards to advertising. As mentioned, I have already sent in my contact request for Vendor Status, and just waiting for a reply. Thanks! |

We don't have anything for the 335d at present unfortunately (actually, we're still trying to source an oem diff that we can take our measurements from if you know anyone who could help?)

Yes, if you are able to add it to the eCart, they are available
GreekboyD: Credit is due where credit is deserved, and the OS Giken Plate LSD is the best performing LSD you will find. However, not everyone has $2k+ to spend on an LSD, especially if it is not for a dedicated track car. Our main aim when we designed the Plate LSD was to offer a superior differential at an affordable price, which we succeeded in doing when compared to most other manufacturers offerings. |

The BMW LSD's that we currently have on offer have been sold for over a year, but we've not really done any promotion of them until now due to other commitments. They have sold very well to the European market. Within the US, to several BMW transmission specialists, although they did not "sell" it as an MFactory LSD, rather, they just sold the entire pumpkins under their own brand. It wouldn't surprise me if several people on this forum are already running our LSD. Our current offerings are not "new" in a sense and don't really require "testing".
However, for fitments that we don't have, we are looking for people who could assist us with oem samples and testing |

We are a US business, with our R&D Facility in San Dimas, CA.
All of our products are designed & developed in the USA, with manufacturing done both in the US and our TW facilities. All items are manufactured in-house; we do not outsource the production. |

Our thoughts (and we respect that some won't agree with us on this) is that:
For a street car (or weekend warrior), the Helical LSD is more that sufficient. It is quiet, maintenance free and will provide increased traction under most circumstance. There isn't really very many instances where one wheel would be under no-load conditions. If you really are at the stage on a race track where you have the confidence and driving skill to do that, then a Plate LSD would be the best choice For a dedicated track car, there is no comparison really; the Plate type LSD is by far the best choice. Not wanting to use the word "gimmick", but having an "in-between" like the brand you mentioned really serves no purpose for the majority of consumers. |
