Standard runflats

Are the factory fit runflats an all season tyre? I was thinking of buying MPSS's for summer when my 335d arrives and then putting the runflats back on in winter. Would that work?

The standard tyres fitted are summer tyres.

No they're a standard (summer?) tyre I think.
I don't think all season tyres are a good replacement for winters anyway.

You won't find many non SUV's fitted with all season tyres as standard.

Really? I bet there are not many drivers that ever swap tyres for winter in UK - I know I never have.

All season tyres would be good for most drivers all year round, so yes it's a shame they don't fit them as standard.

MPSS's are far better in winter than S001 rft's!
